FAMILY SUPPORT

As a family begins to cope with the news they must undergo any type of heart screening, testing or procedure for their child, panic sets in. The sheer news is overwhelming. Once they have come to realize the gravity of the situation and they become focused on making sure they get the best care for their child they also have to cope with the mounting cost of care, travel, time away from work that comes with caring for their child. Our focus will be on helping families while their children are hospitalized to help minimize the financial impact they face. Items we will help to support during a patients hospitalization are:

• Hotel Stay

• Meals

• Air Travel

• Parking

We will be working with hotel companies, airlines, Amtrak, rental car agencies to allow their loyalty program customer to donate points for support of these efforts through our foundation, hospitals and other charity partners.
